Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase where applicable.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. After this period, the order may already be prepared or dispatched and cancellation may no longer be possible.

How To Request A Return

Please contact service@meskaro.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if relevant. We aim to respond to return requests within 48 hours.

Inspection And Refund

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, customized, hygiene-sensitive, final sale, or missing required packaging may not be eligible for return.
